11KV Grade S11-M Series Oil-immersed Distributing Transformer

S11-M omni-sealed oil-filled distribution transformer series is a hi-tech product developed upon the configuration of S9 series products. The concept of design gives priority to product's reliability and performance. Based on the status of S9 series products, loss factors and configuration are readjusted partly to make the loss design value closer to the measured value, and optimized design is performed to get the proper proportion of copper and iron with lowest cost and reasonable configuration.

Iron core: It's made of high-permeability, low-loss, high-performance silicon steel pate 27ZH100 to reduce no-load loss.

Structure: With the mature experience from S9 distribution transformer, S11-M omni-sealed oil-filled distribution transformer series is equipped with a solidly integral body to make sure the mechanical strength needed by electric property or short circuit. The wing of corrugated tank made of high-quality cold rolled plate in special line can be used as radiator. The wing can change positively with the volume of transformer oil to avoid oil from contacting with transformer body and atmosphere for being aged or damped. In normal situation, it's unnecessary to kill time on maintenance
