Product Description
YSE crane motor is a new type of brake motor which needs special design according to the work of the crane. At present, it has been used in some LDX, LDA, LDP and LX type electric single beam crane, but in LH series electric hoist bridge crane and universal bridge, gantry crane in the use of less. To this end, a more comprehensive and detailed research, and LH series of electric hoist bridge crane operating mechanism in the past, the motor and YSE, YDSE motor made the performance comparison and analysis.

Yse, YDSE series of the motor is on the basis of Y series three-phase asynchronous motor, mild steel material for making rotor, and the rotor diameter pull slot, brake adopts three-phase 380V electromagnetic brake disc (recently double speed motor winding with phase 380V and motor winding star as a 3 piece of magnet power supply line of electromagnetic brake disc). The motor and the maximum torque appears in the stall near, after the electric motor starts to rotate, Sui speed increase, reduce the torque, acceleration of the operating system is gradually reduced, the motor starting time extended, in order to achieve the motor soft start. If the load torque is too large to cause motor locked rotor, because yse, YDSE motor plugging rotor current is generally small motor, thus over a long period of time in the stall state (stall 5min) without as burning motor, which is its other advantages.
Yse, YDSE series motor power as all single and double beam bridge, gantry crane cart, car run institutions, because of the power rating, installation is the same size and crane supporting ZD type conical rotor motor, a direct swap, so it is suitable to do electric hoist small car motor. But not suitable for use with lifting motor.
