Cellphone APP Smart Home Appliance Heater Power Board
A complete smart heater PCBA set includes, MCU main controller board, LCD touch screen, power supply board, WIFI module, infrared sensor, temperature sensor, and thyristor.
1, MCU main controller board, works as a main control unit. It connects to LCD touch screen, and has a buzzer to warn any abnormal cases.
2, LCD touch screen, works as an interface to read and set the settings of heater.
3, Power supply board, receives orders from MCU and control the power supply to heater.
4, WIFI module, connects to mobile phone APP.
5, Infrared sensor, detects the motion of human beings to judge if there is someone in range. The heater can be turned on when some is getting in range, and turned off when no one is in range.
6, Temperture sensor, detects the temperature and send temperature data to MCU, so that the MCU controls heater to keep constant or required temperature.
7, Thyristor, works as a on-off switch of the heating element.
It has various modes on LCD touch screen that you can choose and set freely.
1, Comfortable mode, 19ºC-29ºC, maximizes comfort and convenience.
2, Eco mode, 17º-C19ºC, an economic and energy saving mode.
3, Frost free mode, 7ºC, protects the heater from freeze and frost.
4, Prog mode, sets working conditions or temperature at specific date and time.
5, Auto mode, automatic working mode.
6, Free mode, sets settings freely and manually.
