Normal using conditions- Altitude: 2000m and below.
- Ambient air temperature: -5ºC~+40ºC; daily mean temperature shall not be higher than +35ºC.
- Relative humidity: when the highest temperature is +40ºC it should not exceed 50%, in the low temperature, it allows a larger relative humidity: such as at 20ºC it can be 90%, and should take into account that the effects due to changes in temperature may occasionally produce condensation.
- The place with no fire, explosion hazards, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
- Not more than 5 degrees with the vertical plane.
- Transport and storage processes are suitable in the following temperature: -25ºC~+55ºC, in short time(no more than 24h) no higher than +70ºC.

Structure characteristics
The basic framework of GCK is the combination of assembly structure, all structural parts of the framework are galvanized and plastic sprayed, fastening each other through screws into the basic cabinet, then according to the need, add the door, baffle, the drawer, the bracket of the installation and the busbar and electrical components and other parts, assembled into a complete control center cabinet, the cabinet structure has the following characteristics.- Cabinet frame
Cabinet frame is assembled with C type material, parts of the cabinet frame and special supporting parts are supplied by the company, to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.- Forming dimensions of components, opening size, equipment interval perform modularly. ( modulus E=20mm,the same below).
- The internal structure parts are galvanized.
- The top cover is removable, remove the lid can see the top of the cabinet is equipped with four angle rings, used for lifting and loading.
- The external was done with phosphatization treatment, and then sprayed with electrostatic epoxy powder.
- The cabinet frame is divided into three sections, which are busbar room, function unit room and cable compartment, can prevent the accident spread and easy maintenance.

- The door of the compartment is mechanically linked through the operating mechanism of the main switch to the drawer, when the main switch is in the closing position, the drawer can not be pulled out.
- The main switch operating mechanism can be lock in the closing or opening position with a padlock, maintenance of electrical equipment can be safely carried out.
- The back side of the functional unit is provided with main circuit in-and-out line plug, auxiliary circuit secondary plug and grounding plug.
- The grounding plug ensures the continuity of the protection circuit when the drawer is in the connected position of the separation test.
- The functional unit compartment is separated by metal plate.
- The movable door in the compartment is automatically opened and closed with the push and pull out of the drawer, so that the vertical bus bar can not be touched in the compartment.
