Product Description
BST-FGS-SR Silicone Resin Fiberglass Sleeve is non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeve coated with silicone resin. Silicone Resin Fiberglass Sleeve is treated at a suitably high temperature to prossess excellent flexibility, toughness, self-extinguishment and dielectric strength, and to obtain a temperature classification of 200°C.
It has especially good radiation resistance in addition to resistance to ozone, moisture, corona, weathering, fungus and chemical attack.
It is used in aerospace installations. It is used in the class H insulation system of electric motors,appliances,heating equipments,apparatus machinery,etc.

The Company was founded in 2011 in the city of Ningguo City, Anhui Province, in China, about 4 hours from Shanghai.
This city is an important district for auto-parts products, so the natural place to develop our range of products, often related with automotive industry.
The Company had a fast growing in the past 4 years, and now we export our products in over 25 countries around the World, for example in Germany, Japan, USA, Australia, France, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Russia, India, Middle East and so on.
About 80% of our turnover is made in Overseas Market.
We have a wide range of products, mainly for thermal protection in different fields as steelworks, glass, ceramic, railway and automotive industry.
Our key products are: Fire sleeves, we have four versions, called economic, industrial and heavy duty grade, recently we have developed a knitted version of fire sleeve, then we have in our portfolio of products tapes in different material (silica, basalt, carbon, fiberglass, ceramic and so on), fabrics as well in different material (fiberglass, carbon, basalt, silica, ceramic, aramid and so on), ropes for different temperatures and applications.
Developed specially for automotive we have the exhaust wraps, heat shields and turbo blanket.
Our main factory located in Ningguo covers a space of about 4000 Sqm, we have 5 new generation vertical coating line machines to produce our fire sleeves, and we have about 50 workers for production line, warehouse and 5 people in our R&D department.
In the headquarter we produce the fire sleeves, tapes and insulation jackets.
The others products are developed by our R&D team and made through a strong network of partners in China.
Our turnover in 2014 was about 4.000.000 USD, growing around 30% for year.
