Structure characteristics
The structure is divided into vertical type and horizontal type, the shell is made of 2m high quality stainless steel plate after multiple bending flanging process(or use the stainless steel cutting double-deck sandwich composite plates in honeycomb structure, with flame retardant, environmental protection, heat insulation, anti condensation performance etc.), using special stainless steel welding process, the overall strength of the box body is high, the surface is smooth as a mirror, without leaving a trace of the weld; internal installation beam(plate) is handled with hot galvanizing process, to ensure that no corrosion will appear within twenty years; both the front and rear sides of the box have doors, they are convenient for users doing operation and maintenance, the door is surrounded by high elastic resistance aging sealant, each door is equipped with exposed and hidden two kinds of door locks, the exposed lock is equipped with anti blocking and rust proof cover; the measuring room is full closed with a lead-sealing device; the side of the box has wire feeding cable tube that can prevent rain and foreign matter, at the bottom it has ventilation hole and cable outlet hole, the top is provided with ventilation channel and wire mesh, which has the function of waterproof, dust and foreign matter prevent, and the protection grade: IP54.
