MN9 Under-voltage tripper is mainly used for the circuit of AC 50/60HZ, rated
Voltage 230V. It's assembled with YCB9-63(H) MCB and YCB9LE-63(H) residual
Current operating circuit breaker for the protection of Under-voltage.

The tripper is assembled with YCB9-63(H) and YCB9LE-
63(H) series MCB. When the voltage is in 70-110% of the
rated control supply voltage, the tripper should operate
reliably to make the circuit breaker disconnect.
When the applied voltage is lower than 35% of the rated
operating voltage tripper, the tripper should prevent the
breaker from being closed. When the supply voltage is
equal to or higher than 85% of rated operating voltage
tripper, the tripper should ensure that the breaker is
closed, the upper limit of applied supply voltage is 110%
of the rated working voltage trip value. |

Mechanical life |
Tripper should operate normally after 4000 times
operating cycles.
Firstly, we should maintain the rated operating voltage
through trip coil, the manual operate the handle of tripper
to continuous closing and opening 3000 times, the
operating frequency is 600 operating cycles per hour. Then
close the tripper with manual operation again. Close the
tripper by electric operation of tripper. Operate like this for
1000 times, the operating frequency should be 300
operating cycles per hour. |
