SBW/DBW series Automatic voltage regulator is designed to stabilize the AC voltage. Our highlight of design is by using the superposition principle, compensation method to make the most of the stability of the system output power directly from the power grid.When the grid voltage fluctuation or load changes caused by the voltage fluctuation, can automatically maintain the stability of voltage output. Q1: What about the Guarantee?

1). The efficiency of our Voltage Regulators / Stabilizers are 90% to 95% (some series of them reaches 95%), please don't let them work overload!
2). Please make sure that all the electric wires are connected correctly
according to the electric diagram!
Q2: Can we put/show our own Logo on your products?
A2: Yes, no problem, We do OEM to customers oversea (not for Chinese customers).
Q3: For your products, can we take our Favourite Colours?
A3: Yes. But we need certain quantity ,any colors or types are avariable as you like.
Q4: Is OEM/ODM available?
A4: Yes, it is! Customized products are provided.
Q5: How about the Packing?
A5:All exported goods are packed with wooden cases, other kinds of case are also avriable as requried.
Q6: How about the Delivery Time?
A6: In generally, it takes 3 days to produce the goods after deposit or L/C.
Q7: What is your monthly output?
A7: 6000pcs (products below 1KVA are not counted).
Q8: What is the MOQ?
A8: For the small capacity products (Automatic Voltage Regulators/Stabilizers below 5KVA ) of the default configuration, it is 5 sets. For the big capacity products, it is 1 set.
Q9: How about the Delivery Terms?
A9: By sea or by air or by road, FOB ,CFR, CIF, etc. any is acceptable .Besides, some items can be sent by international express, such as DHL,TNT,UPS,EMS, Fedex, etc.
