Debug Exam:1) When the transmitter is unable to remotely control the fan lamp, please check whether the batteries are in good contact or fixed properly or they are no power.2) When the transmitter is unable to remotely control the fan lamp, please check whether there's other transmitter around caused interference or the keys on the other transmitter are pressed down. 3) Please use this product under applicable voltage. Too low voltage will lead to failure of the remote controller to work. 3.Q: What's your average leadtime & MOQ?
A: Peak Season need 1 month, while off season is within 15 days.
MOQ:1000pcs, for order qty less than 1000pcs, eg. 100pcs & 500pcs, customer can perfer to pay the extra cost of packing material to finish the order.
4.Q: Can I buy a sample for testing ?
A: Of cause you can and most of them, we have stock in warehouse. After received you payment and address, we can send the sample to you in 3 working day! For customized sample, we need 10days-60days to prepare according to your requirement.
5.Q: Can I visit your factory?
