Product Description

Introduction:
Automatic water pump controller PS-01A is an intelligent control device which can automatically control the water pump and is installed in the pipeline. The product can substitute the complex installation of many parts required by the traditional automatic water pump (Pressure gauge, pressure switch, three-way, check valve, pressure tank). It is featured with steady performance, free from maintenance, long service life and convenient installation. After the product is connected to the power grid, the green light indicating the power supply ("Power on") will flash. When yellow light which indicates the start of water pump ("Pump on") flashes, it means the water pump has been started. The water pump constantly runs and the system starts to fill the pipeline till the required pressure is reached. If the required pressure for pipeline can not be achieved in this period, the controller will restart automatically to try to fill the pipeline again. After three circles, if it still in the failure state, the red light which shows failure flashes ("Failure"). At this moment, turn on the water tap and press ("Restart") the restart button till the red light is off. The system will repeat the above procedures till the pressure of the pipeline reaches the required value. At this time, the product stays in normal standby state and keeps the pipeline system in water supply state with a constant pressure.
Function:
Automatic water pump controller PS-01A is an intelligent control device which has a built-in computer chip. If fake water shortage and jam of suction tube occur, the controller will automatically start the water pump to try to fill the pipeline and identifies whether the water shortage or jam of the suction tube is true after three circles. The controller will identify the faults and the red light indicating "Failure" flashes and the stop signal will be sent to the water pump to prevent the damage due to water shortage. After the faults causing jam or water shortage are eliminated, it is allowed to press the "Restart" button of the controller to restart the water pump. When the water pump is supplied with water, the controller can keep a constant pressure for water supply system to reduce hammer effect in water supply pipeline. The controller also has the restore function after the power is cut off. The start scope of flux is 30-70L/h, which is convenient for household application.
