Product Characteristics:
Less consumption, low local discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation, capable of 120% rated load running under forced air cooling conditions.
For its good moisture, proof performance, it can run normally under 100% humidity and cab be put into operation without pre-drying after stop.
It is safe, fire-proof and free of polution, so it can be erected in load centre directly. 
It is equipped with perfect temperature protection and control system to provide reliable guarantee for safe running of transformer.
Iron core: the iron core adopts imposed high magnetic conductivity high quality cold rolled steel sheet in45 degree inclined step joining. It adopts special square tube drawplate structure and core post it bound with insulation tape. The surface is coated with special resin coating to prevent moisture and rust so as to reduce no load consumption, no load current and iron core noise effectively.

1) Continetal box-varying systems: Preinstalled type transformer substation (European)
Feature: The box sheel has advantages of ventilation, thermal insulation, beastie access prevention and convenient maintenance. There are many materials such as different metal plates composite boards and high strength special cement boards for opetion. Various metal materials for substation have been performed with surface corrosion resistance treatment, which can ensure non-rusting for long time.
The high voltage side normally adaopts air generation load switch, air pressure load switch, vacuum load switch, sculpture hexafluoride (SF6) load with and have functions "five preventions". The transformer may use fuse isolation switch and other switch elements.
The substation has perfect protection performance and is provided with highlow voltage measurement and automatic reactive power compensation device.
The substation is equipped with temperature control and air discharge device, which can meet requirements of different areas. In addition, heater can be added to meet the special requirements in high, cold and high temperature areas.
2) American box-varying systems
substation contains transformer body, high voltage load switch protection fuse and other equipment in one seal cabinet. Producture structure
2 parts: The front is high and low voltage chamber with high and low voltage luminal, load switch, no-loading switch handle, insert type fuse, pressure relief value, oil temperature meter, oil level gauge, oil drain value and so on in the separating chamber. The rear is oil tank and radiation fins. The oil tank contains transformer winding, iron core, high voltage load switch, no-loading switch and protection fuse. The tank is a fully-sealed structure.
