1. Product Description
GW1AF-15KV/27KV/38KV Serial Outdoor Pole Mounted AC High Voltage
Fused Disconnect Switch (hereinafter called "Fused Disconnect Switch") are used in electric power system with rated frequency 50Hz/60hz, rated voltage 15kv/27kv/38kV. Disconnect Switch is mainly for making or breaking circuit under line supplying voltage in outdoor high voltage distribution system equipment. Thereof anti-pollution type Disconnect Switch can effectively meet the requirements of users in heavily polluted area.
It applies to IEC standard. IEC60964: 1996, IEC62271-102: 2002.
2. Application Environment Conditions
Altitude above sea level: no more than 4500m;
Ambient temperature: no higher than +55ºC, no lower than-45ºC.Daily differences in temperature no exceed than 32K;
Wind pressure should be no higher than 700Pa(equal to speed 34m/s);
Degree of polluted air is stipulated as according to IEC60964 AND IEC62271;
Earthquake intensity doesn't exceed degree 8;
The thickness of covering ice doesn't exceed 10mm;
No fire, explosive dangerous, heavily polluted and chemical erode as well as no acute vibration location.
3. Technical data
Basic technical data for GW1AF-15KV/27KV/38KV Fused Disconnect Switch has been listed in table 1.
4. Main Structure Illumination and Outline Dimension
Disconnect Switch is composed of base, pillar and operating insulator, fixed contact, contact blade, leading arc device and linkage spring mechanism, etc., the exterior shape and main dimension see figure 1 .
(1) Base: Base is banded from steel sheet in 5mm thick,axis with pulling arm cross trough the base center. Holes drilled on base are used for fixing post insulator, installing earthing bolts and fix phases when installation, slot hole on crest setting for pulling arm.
(2) Post and operating insulator: applying Zs- 38 series out door stick type post insulator, its anti-bending load is 4000N. Middle operating insulator up end linked with contacting blade and down end linked with pulling arm for pulling shaft.
(3) Fixed contact:Contact blade made of red copper plate, fixed on post insulator and extended level plane end as for connecting wire and upside of curve connected both side reliable with contacting blade.
(4) Contact Blade: contact blade made of two rectangle section red copper plates, both ends of contact blade attached with spiral spring used for adjusting contacting pressure.
(5) Stainless steel apply for arc horn.
(6) Switch could be linkage operated combined with CS mechanism vertical or horizontal mounting on outdoor "" pole or double poles.
(7) It can be with Manual operation mechanism or Motorized mechanism
(8) It cab be with Grounding or Without grounding blade
