24kV American Elbow Connector Range of Application: Apply to XLPE cable voltage level under 12/20kV, mainly used for insulation protection of inlet-outlet wire bushing of switch cabinet, branch cabinet and other electric equipments, widely apply to American ring main unit, branch box, enclosure substation and other electrical equipment. Product Description: 1. Product adopts EPDM material to produce, which with excellent aging resistance, electrical insulation property, corona resistance, ozone resistance and good chemical stability, can be operated under any working conditions.
2. Each batch of raw material takes the mechanical properties and electrical properties index testing, which ensures product quality from source.
3. All finished products 100% takes the factory performance test (power frequency withstand voltage, partial discharge).
4. Import DESMA solid injection production system, with dustless and air-conditioned manufacturing shop, and constant temperature and humidity all year round, which ensures the product not affected by external environment and the quality stability of product.
5. Product structure design complies with IEEE386 standard 200A type bushing size requirement, and meet the performance requirement of IEC60502, GB12706.4 standard, which is safe and reliable with long period operation.
6. With professional engineering installing team, and years of installation and operating experience, providing the field installation and guide installation, we can make sure the finished product installation quality. Technical Feature: 1. DXN-T and ESI can be installed in the product, which can make the equipment operational condition more clear.
2. Excellent screened design in surface, which is efficiently ensures the safety of product operation and operator and fulfills all insulation, whole sealing, protection, maintenance-free, dust-resistant of equipment and so on.
