Description:GS - LFS3015 fiber laser cutting machine is adopted with international advanced technology of high power fiber laser source, combined with the company's independent design gantry CNC machine tool system. High strength whole welding cutting bed, have been handled with high temperature annealing and large CNC gantry milling machine precision processing,thus the cutting bed has very good rigidity and stability. Driven by Precision ball screw and linear guide. It's mainly aimed at the rapid precision cutting of sheet metal under 4 mm. Advanced Control Function: 1. Height sensor automatic calibration function:
Manual height sensor calibration is inconvenient and cumbersome, and requires high level operators. With the PA8000 laser cutting system using automatic calibration method, no cumbersome operations are needed, and the CNC laser cutter can rapidly calibrate the height sensor automatically.
2. Change to pulsing at corner cutting control function:
When the sharp corner of a thin to medium carbon steel sheet is cut, melting loss will occur easily, so the quality of the cutting section of the sharp corner can't be guaranteed. With the PA8000 laser cutting system using the change to pulsing at corner cutting control function, the laser power, pulse frequency and pulse duty factor are changed for sharp corner cutting, and the CNC laser cutter restores the previous control mode after passing the sharp corner, thus guarantees the section quality of outline cutting of sharp corners and the efficiency of cutting.
3. Pause and deceleration at corner function:
In the fusion cutting of high temperature alloy sheets such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy sheets, etc., the sharp corners are hard to cut, with back splattering and contamination of focus lens occurring easily. With the PA8000 laser cutting system using the pause and deceleration at corner function, dross back splattering seldom occurs, thus significantly improves the stability of sharp corner cutting of such alloy sheets, reduces the contamination of focus lens, and prolongs the useful life of focus lens.
