Pole stand, solid structure, easy installation, good stability;

Manufacturing Techniques

The reflector panels are made of high quality aluminum sheets and shaped by stretch-forming method to get smooth and high accuracy surfaces;
Every detail work is concerned to make products perfect, such as fine welding, smooth edge, no cutting burrs, etc.;
All steel parts will be processed by sand blasting first to remove the rust, then zinc galvanized;
When all parts ready, antennas will be assembled and tested the electrical performance well in factory, then disassembled again for painting and packing;
Before painting, every part will be degreased for better adhesion, and then painted twice. Firstly, the epoxy zinc yellow primer is used to protect the zinc coating, then white paint is used as finish coat for better anti-rust quality.

All these work we have done in factory will ensure the final installation easier and less stress.
