Application
3151LT flange type liquid level transmitter adopts advanced-technology high-accurate compact smart sensor, to compensate temperature and static pressure with digital compensation technology which improves measuring accuracy and decreases temperature drift. With long-term stable performance, reliable and strong self-diagnose capacity which makes it popular among transmitter market. 3151LT flange type liquid level transmitter can avoid contact between medium and isolation diaphragm which is applicable to the following occasions: 1, when medium is corrosive to transmitter joint and sensor; 2, when high-temperature medium has to be separated from transmitter; 3, when medium is mixed with suspended solids or high-viscosity which may block transmitter joint and pressure chamber; 4, when medium from pressure tube is easy to solidify or condensate; 5, when change medium which needs to clean without mixture; 6, when clean environment is required without pollution. Measuring range: 0-6kPa~10MPa With various structure materials, remote device is welded which is reliable, liquid-filled cavity is with low-volume which reduces temperature influence, filling can be general silicon oil or high-temperature silicon oil based on requirements. For corrosive medium, isolation diaphragm is required.
