Installation:
1.Select the best day-lighting location to set up the pole. Pole height 5 ~ 9 m is appropriate, diameter 60 ~ 100mm, wall thickness more than 2.0mm iron or steel rod.
2.Open the packaging and check if components are completed. The light, special tools and metal fittings included.
3.Switch up the button before installation.
4.Find out the related accessories and assembly well.
5.Put solar street light into the pole and use special tool to tight screws up, ensure the system is stable.

Packaging:
1.Standard packing with box & carton up to export standard or at customer's requirement, inner put some bubble film to protect the product during the transportation.
2.Poly bag and carton can be customized according to customer's design and logo when purchasing reaches a certain quantity.Delivery: International Express delivery for samples, Sea & Air cargo transportation for bulk orders.
Lead time: Samples 5 working days after receive the payment; bulk orders 15-20 days after receive the deposit.

About the product working principles & performance:
Q: How does solar led light works?
A: Solar led lights use solar panel with photovoltaic effect principle to receive solar radiation during the day, then converted into electrical energy, after that store in batteries by charge-discharge controller, while at night when the illumination gradually reduced to about 10LUX, the open circuit voltage of solar panels reaches the set value, after the discharge controller detects the voltage value then action, the battery discharge current to the lamp, solar light; when the battery is discharged to the set value, battery stops discharge, the solar light turned off. Or the next day when the illumination is higher than about 10LUX, charge and discharge controller action, the battery discharge suspended, and solar panel starts battery charging.
Q: What is the conversion rate of solar panels?
A: Polycrystalline is about 12-15%; mono crystalline is about 18-20%; and the Sun power is about 22-24%.
Q: How about the luminous decay?
A: The standard is: no luminous decay in 1000 hours, 1% for 3000 hours, 3% for 10000 hours and no more than 30% for 50000 hours.
