AC/DC Integrated UPS

CNL1500 48-50 is rack-mounted AC-DC integrated power supply products, with standard of 19-inch, 2U. When the electricity is normal, bypass supply power to the load directly; when the electricity is abnormal, the device switches to the battery inverter mode through the internal conversion, then the Rack-mounted UPS output 220Vac / 50HZ high-quality sinusoidal AC to load, which the output power is 500W ~ 3KVA. Inbuilt-in rectifier module and the disconnection protection device are for the optional package to meet the various needs of users. The device has battery over-voltage protection, output over-voltage protection, output under voltage alarm, output short circuit, over temperature protection and so on. Information can be reported via RS232. Power equipment, designed for communication, can be used in office, electricity, industrial control, security and other fields.
 
Indication of the front switch and the indicator light in the board
DC cold start. When the DC inputs 43-58Vdc and the AC input is abnormal, long press the switch button, red, yellow and green light on the panel flash 3 times at the same time, the device steps into the working state and output inverted voltage; then yellow indicator on the panel is on.Automatic start when the power is supplied. When the AC input voltage works well, the power device turns on automatically. The device works in the inverted state when the indicator light on the board is flashing, and the yellow light is on; the device is in AC state in 10 seconds and the green light turns on. Power off. When the device is powered by battery, long press the switch button and the panel indicator light turns off. The device stops working, and output is shut down. transferring into bypass power supply mode. When the device is powered by AC, long press the switch button and the panel indicator light turns off. The device stops working, and output is shut down. The device shifts to bypass power supply mode.When the battery is under voltage, UPS is overloaded or other warming indication occurs, the red indicator turns on.
 

Dry contact indication:
When the input battery voltage is abnormal, "Common Point" and "Low Battery" are on the short circuit.When the input AC is abnormal,  "Common Point" and "Power off" are on the short circuit.When the rack-mounted lithium UPS is out of condition, "Common Point" and "Fault" are on the short circuit.

 Package, transportation, storage
1.Package
On the packing box are the product name, model, company logo and address, etc .; inside the packing box are instructions, certificate, warranty card, and so on.
2.Transportation
The product should be transported in a solid box. Box exterior should be consistent with the relevant provisions of the national standard and should be labeled with "Handle with Care", "Keep Dry" and other signs. The box containing the product is allowed to be transported by any means of transport. Transportation should avoid the direct attack from rain, snow, and mechanical impact.
3. Storage
The product should be stored in the box when not in use. The warehouse ambient temperature should be -10-40 ºC and relative humidity not more than 80%. The warehouse should not contain any harmful gas, flammable, explosive product and corrosive chemical. Strong mechanical vibration, shock and strong magnetic field should be avoided. The box should be at least 20cm away from the ground, and at least 50cm from the wall, heat, window or air inlet. Under the conditions of the storage mentioned foregoing,  generally the device has a storage period of 2 years and should re-tested after 2 years.
