1.High Strength Whole Welding Cutting Bed
1.1 Our gantry-type flying optical path structure working table has been annealed to relieve internal stress strictly, thus significantly improves the rigidity and stability of the CNC laser cutter.
1.2 The working table have been handled with high temperature annealing and large CNC gantry milling machine precision processing, can maintain long-term stability and shock resistance, and ensure the precision of the CNC laser cutter.
1.3 One piece casting aerometal girder with light weight has good dynamic performance. Machining after tempering ensures the integrity, rigidity and stability of the girder.
1.4 Pneumatic cylinder, convenient to loading materials; pneumatic clamp, assure the located accuracy.1.5 Working table is of whole board welding structure ,thickness up to 10 mm , finely processed by large CNC planogrinder (8*2.5 m).All welding parts been annealed for more than 24 hours in order to eliminate pre-stress and prevent structure deformation. 1.6The part to be installed with linear guide been milled by large CNC planogrinder for more than 24 hours and its surface roughness<=1.6(1=0.001mm)
