Product Description

6V100AH lead acid battery construction:
1. Container/Cover: Made of UL94HB or UL 94VO ABS Plastic.
2. Negative Plates: Use the special PbCa alloy grids, optimize the recombination efficiency and less gassing.
3. AGM Separator: Import high quality AGM separator.
4. Positive plates: PbCa grids minimize corrosion and prolong life.
5. Terminal post: Cooper material with maximum conductivity, enhance the high current rapidly.
6. Vent Valve: Allows the release of excess gas automatically for safety.

Cautions
Installation Notice
(1) Lay the battery with up-down direction instead of put it inverted in any case
(2) Abnormal vibration or shock is not allowed.
(3) Do insulate when installation.
(4) Make the batteries ventilated and gapped.
(5) Do not mixed up different brand and manufacturing date batteries.
(6) Separate the batteries from organic solvent.

Application Notice
1, Ensure the application conditions to be in compliance with manufacturer's specification requirement.
2, Charge battery to full at the first using or after long term storage.
3, Since installed in UPS, the battery life cycle will be seriously affected if the operating frequency is high.
4, Inspect lead-acid battery regularly.
5, Do replace a new battery if the ABS container is deformed or leaking.
6, Fire risk exists if the wires do not joint tightly at terminal.
7, Discharge once every three months is recommendable under no power-off condition. If charging voltage and discharging characteristic is abnormal, pls replace the battery soon.
8, Replace the battery if capacity less than 50% of rated capacity.
