It is based on GSM/GPRS (850/900/1, 800/1, 900MHz) wireless telecommunication internet and GPS satellite global position system, which set multiple functions of security, positioning, monitoring surveillance, emergency alarms, photograph, fuel&temperature detection and tracking in its entirety.
