Product Description

1. General introduction 

The series CAW1 intelligent univers al circuit breaker is used to control and protect the low voltage of distribution network,usualling installed in the low voltage of distribution cabinet to act as the main switch for general.The derived product,series CAW1G isolation switch,is fitted in the distribution circuit to make and break the circuit and perform the isolation.It's technology level leads the counterpart home and abroad.


2. Normal operating condition

1) The ambient temperature scope is from -5ºC to +40ºC with a means value in 24h of +35ºC and below (special ordering excluded)
2) Altitude of installation site of 2000m and below
3) The relative humidity is of 50% and below in case of an ambient air temperature of +40ºC.And higher relative humidity is allowable for a temperature elow +40ºC, i.e.90% at 20ºC.The special countermeasure should be adopted for the dew produced now and then by the temperature change.
4) Pollution degree of 3
5) The installatiion category of the main circuit and undervoltage release coil in the circuit breaker and the initial coil of power transformers is IV,however,the installation category of the reset auxiliary circuit and the control circuit is III.
5) The installation of circuit breaker should follow the manual.The vertical inclination of circuit breaker should be 5ºC and below
6) The circuit breaker is fitted in the small chamber of the switch cabinet with a protection degree of IP40 and op IP54 against a frame added.
