FCGW series of composite insulator dry wall drivepipe is implied to indoor or outdoor power substation with AC power system's rated voltage lower than 35KV, frequency being 50Hz, it performs electric insulator and mechanic support function for high-voltage conductor when high-voltage conductor crosses through wall or other object of connection to land, the product also is used as insulator and support for 10KV vacuum circuit breaker's high-voltage entry-exit wire. Especially, it is implied to dirty district for preventing from dirty-flash accident, therefore, it has been the upgraded product for vastly used china wall drivepipe.

Condition of Use:
1. Ambient air temperatures within the range of -40 degree Celsius to +40 degree Celsius;

This series product are composed of silicon rubber for sheds/ housing, glass-fiber reinforced epoxy resin rod core and hop DIP galvanized metal fittings. It has good mechanical performance and electric performance compared with porcelain insulators.
This product uses the capacitor equalizing theory; it uses optimal structural design by special electric field analysis andcalculation; it is light and handy, and it is convenient for installation.The product is made of fire resistant and corrosion resistant material without oil or porcelain. It not only can be used in thecity with high sanitary requirement, but also can be used in the area with severe pollution.This series product consists of primary coil, bushing flanges, and terminal block etc components.The end shield or ground shield is lead out separately to be convenient for test, and it also has good humidity resistance.The insulation resistance is stable and reliable.The secondary terminal block is formed by casting as a whole, it can prevent from turning, so the insulation resistance is stable and reliable.

Indoor and outdoor wall bushings are made by porcelain pieces, conductive rod, both ends of metal accessories and mounting flange assembled. Bus wall bushing is made by the porcelain pieces, both ends of the metal accessories, bus plywood and mounting flange assembly (bus plywood usually with bus size by the user).
