GW1-10/15/20 KV series of outdoor high voltage isolator is aiming at some problems of the original GW1 type and combined with the latest requirements of users to design, its design is simple and reasonable structure, copper and aluminum alloy fittings, stainless steel fasteners and hot dip galvanized base, has a good anti-fouling and corrosion resistant ability, reliable performance, light weight, easy installation, no need for periodic cleaning and maintenance, is the urban and rural areas of 10 to 20 KV distribution line segment, branch and maintenance period of breaking point of a clear and convenient outdoor high voltage electrical equipment.

General 
GW4A-40.5 D(W) isolating switches are kinds of outdoor HV electricity transmission equipments at three phase AC frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. It is used for breaking or connecting HV lines under no loads so that the power lines can be changed and connected and the way the electricity runs is changed. In addition, it can be used to exerise safe electrical insulation for such HV electric apparatuses as bus and breaker.
This product has two insulators with horizontal center breaks. It is openable in the middle and accessible to the grounding switch on one side or two sides. The isolating switch adopts CS14G or CS11 manual operating mechanism ro CJ2 motor based operating mechnism to realize the tri-pole linkage. The grounding switch adopts CS14G manual operating mechanism to actualize tri-pole linkage.

1. Product Description
        GW9-12 Series outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is a single-phase AC 50Hz AC high voltage switchgear for rated voltage 10KV power system in as little pressure with no load division circuits together. Isolation switch actuator rod with insulated hook.
 
2.  Structure Introduction
       The isolation switch is a single-phase structure, each phase consists of a chassis post insulator, conductive parts. Knife with fixed upper and self-locking retractor means for insulating rods hook opening and closing purposes. Isolating switch can be vertical or inclined installation.

TECHNICAL  SPECIFICATION
Scope
Type IST off-load switchs are suitable for use in tropical zone, with a maximum ambient temperature of approximately 40 degrees Centigrade and an average temperature of approximately 28 degrees Centigrade with high humidity and heavy rainfall. The preferred operational altitude is up to 1800 m above sea level.
Electrical System
Type IST off-load isolator switch are designed for continuous operation on a 3-phase 3-wire 11, 15,22,24,27and 33,36kV,50/60Hz distribution system with the star-point of the source-point transformer earthed through an Arc Suppression Coil or Earthing Resistor.

4.0                     Construction
4.1                     General
4.1.1                Type IST off-load isolator switchs  are the vertical/Horizontal  mounting
Type for mounting on a single or H-pole structure for overhead
lines or feeders from the energized sections.
         
4.1.2                Type IST off-load isolator switchs are compatible and ready for
installation on tubular steel poles and spun concrete poles.
 4.1.3    The design are of an air insulated "rocking insulator"
type with two fixed insulator posts and one moving
insulator post per phase.
        
4.1.4     All steel and iron parts shall be galvanized to protect from corrosion as
per BS EN ISO 1461
 
            4.1.5    Type IST off-load isolator switchs are  equipped with a single operating mechanism and suitable coupling bars that shall operate all phases simultaneously and that independent operations of each
                       pole,irrespective of the state of the other poles,is not permitted
