Co2 nonmetal laser engraving marking machine is a gas laser machine whose frequency band
wave length of infrared light is 10.64 um. CO2 gas is filled in the discharge tube as the mediu
to produce laser, when high voltage is added to the electrode, it will produce glow discharge
in the discharge tube and then the gas molecule will discharge laser.After the energy of laser is
strengthened, it will form the laser beams to produce the materials. Computer-controlled resonance
mirror can chagne the path of the laser beams so that automatic marking can be accomplished.

1 Adopted back focalization, laser power is controlled by the software and serially adjustable.
It is applicable to fine marking on nonmetal materials with low requirements.
2 Adopts RF metal laser tube, imported from USA, characterized by excellent performance and
long life time <20k hours>.
3 Adopting high-speed galvanometer system with high speed, high precision and stable performance.
4 Adopting imported optics lens, low loss, excellent focalization performance.
5 The marking software is mightiness ,under WINDOWS interface, compatible with CORELDRAW,
AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP etc. a variety of software output files. Support PLT, AI, DXF, BMP and other
documents, directly using SHX, TTF font. Support automated coding, serial number, batch number, date,
bar code and two-dimensional code marking.
6 Can quickly mark letter,figure,graphics or autocoding ,serial No., batch No.,barcode,2 D code, etc.
on metal or nonmetal surface(plastic,silicon or porcelain,etc.) which are precise, permanent.,non-polluting
and environment-friendly.
7 Be applicable to production line for flying marking.
8 Rotary worktable system is optional, thus, accomplish marking on cambered surface.
