Electric Water Immersion Flange Heater

The electric heating tube flange (also known as the insertion type electric heater): is the use of U type tubular electric heating element, according to the code for design of heating medium, in accordance with the requirements of assembly power configuration with a flange, to be inserted into the heating material, a large amount of heat conduction from the heating element to the working medium is heated to the temperature rise, to meet the requirements of process required. When the medium temperature reaches the requirements of the process control system according to the set value, the temperature sensor signal, after the PID operation regulation of the heater power output, realizes the temperature control of the heating element of the resistive load. The utility model has the advantages that the temperature of the medium is uniform, and the required requirements are achieved; when the heating element is over temperature or the liquid level is low, the interlock protection device of the heating element is immediately cut off the heating power supply to avoid the heating element burning out, and the service life is prolonged.
