Dual Voltage, Zoning and Three Phase for Silicone Rubber Heater
Due to the flexibility in circuit design of Silicone Rubber Heater, multiple heating circuits can be designed to accommodate dual voltage and multiple zones. On dual voltage heaters, three leads, including a common in a different color, are provided for wiring the heater in series for the higher voltage and parallel for the lower voltage. 120/240 Vac or 240/480 Vac can be achieved. Multiple circuit areas can be zoned to achieve different heating effects. Three-phase circuits can also be designed for high current applications.

Introduction silicone rubber heater:
silicone rubber heater is a kind of thin film which heats upon electrified, in a standard thickness of 1.5mm, Adopting nickel chrome wires or 0.05 mm~0.10mm thick nickel chrome foils etched to some certain shapes, the heating component is wrapped with heat conducting and insulating materials on both sides, and completed in high-temperature die forming and aging heat treatment. Due to its high reliability, the product is highly competitive when comparing with other electric heating film products which normally have paste materials such as graphite paste or resistor paste, etc. coated on insulation materials. As a kind of soft red film which can be applied closely on different curved surfaces, the silastic heater can be fabricated in varies shapes and powers.
Our company designs, develops and manufactures silicone rubber heaters, technically eliminating the traditional "hard" defect, and they can be easily close to the heated object, and their shapes can be changed upon requests, providing a small temperature difference and efficient uniform heating surface.
