They can prevent sewage and are widely used to control the level in the pond, tank, acid and alkali pool, barrels, troughs and other containers in households, factories, mines, and so on.2. To use brown and black wires:
Floater below the level, the contact is connected
Float at the upper level, the contact is no connectedWhen use brown and blue wires: Float in the upper level, the contact is connected to the state.
Float at the lower level, contact is unconnected.
Wires which are not using must be insulated absolutely.
Floater level switch's voltage 24V is recommended.
4. Installing Method of Weights
A. Penetrate the float switch cable through concave hole under the center of the heavy weights, gently push the heavy weights to make the plastic ring which is embedded at the top of the hole dropped off .(If necessary, can use screwdriver to removed the plastic ring). Then fix the shedding plastic ring to the cable where you would like to fix the heavy weights to control the level. B. Moving the weights slowly and pulled out cables untill the Center of heavy weights holding plastic ring. the weights will not fall as long as the weights hold the plastic ring. If the plastic ring damaged or lost, can use bare copper ware lined with cable instead of plastic ring.
Note: Weights supplied only when request.
Please connect cable directly to controlling box, try to avoid joints out of control box.
