Structure:
The flow switch consists of magnetic core, nylon shell and sensor. The material of magnetic core is ferrite permanent magnet, and material of the sensor magnetic switch is imports or small power components. The interface of the inlet end is "G1 / 2 "standard the outer teeth pipe thread and the effluent end is "G1 / 2" internal thread.
Working Principle:
When the water flow in the pipe is mare than 1.0L/min, magnetic core come into being shift with the help of water, and drive magnetic source to emerge magnetic control effect so that makes sensor output switching signal "1", and this signal input to equipment control system, through power amplification, to make the water flow control come true. When the water flow in the pipe is less than 0.5L/min, magnetic core drives magnetic source return with the help of spring force, and make sensor output switching signal "0" and stop operation of system.

Subject Range and Condition:
(1) The ambient temperature is not less than 0 degrees Celsius. Do not beat housing. Keep away from magnetic objects;
(2) The signal output is the switch value, so the connection of the control object must be on-off control relationship;
(3) The power of the control object shall not be greater than the signal load capacity;
(4) Can be installed horizontally, vertically or any angle of inclination.
Effect:
