We'll deliver the goods in 2 days after we confirm the payment, and normally 4 to 7 days will be
delivered to your place.
2.For the samples of your own Logo or design.For big quantity OEM order, we will provide you samples
according to all your requirements. After you confirm samples, we will start mass production. The samples
and shipping cost are paid by us!!!
About MOQ
It can be discussed with you.
1. For Thermostats, our MOQ is 500pcs.
Because 50pcs thermostats are packed into one cartion.
2. For Actuators, our MOQ is 100pcs.
Because 50pcs actuators are packed into one carton.
Retail is also available, because we have a retail online store. If you want to have a trail order, and
your quantity is less than MOQ, you can contact with Ms. Fiona. She will tell you how to place an order.
FAQ:
Q1: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we would like to send you sample for test and quality check if customer pay for the delivery
charge.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A: sample needs 2-5 days, mass production time needs 15-30 days.
Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: MOQ are about 500 pcs per model. If need OEM service including logo printing, packing box
and manual customized, the MOQ are 1000 pcs per model.
Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: MOQ order usually will be delivered by air, and it will take about 7 days. If order quantity are more
than 500 pcs, we suggest to send goods by sea, it will take about 25-40 days.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, we will provide extra 1% as spare part when order quantity are more than 500 pcs.
Secondly, we provide 1-year warranty. During the guarantee period, once confirm the quality problem,
we will deliver new thermostats to replace the defective thermostats or will deliver them in next order
according to real situation.
