Main Functions:Protective Function - It will indentify fault current automatically; realize instantaneous current cutoff, time limited current break, regular flow, directional flow, overvoltage, under-voltage, single phase ground protection of small current ground system, and cooling load start and inhibition of open circuit, and other functions.
Measurement Function - Measure three-phase current, three-phase voltage, active power, reactive power, active energy, reactive energy, peak/valley electricity, power factor and frequency, ect.
Controlling Function - It can realize on-site operation and remote control. Meanwhile, achive fault location of circuit, fault isolation automatically, resume power supply for the circuit without fault rapidly by requirement; realize automatic load shedding under low frequency, capacitor automatic cutting, automatic cutting of backup power, and other controlling functions.
Communication Function - It can report fault, operation and controlling information to appointed personnel through wireless public network or special communication network; support various kinds of communication ways and agreement; realize setting parameters modification by handhold PDA. The controller releases the instruction of self-inspection from PDA and feedback the self-inspection information to PDA terminal.
Data Record Function - Record, save and run operation and fault information automatically.
Synchronous Switching On/Off Function - According to the features of load, it searches zero crossing point automatically; adapt itself to the discreteness of switch parameter and impact of environment factors; realize synchronous switching on/off; restrain over voltage of operation and inrush phenomenon effectively, especially suitable for switching capacitor and transformer.
Intelligence Function - It can carry out on-line conprehensive analysis of power network parameters, on-line performance parameter measurement of circuit breaker, and on-line programming; cooperate with the main station pf power distribution automatic system; realize the function of remote control management of switch device, and on-site, remote or hierarchical control type power distribution automation system.
Load Management Function - Load management terminal cooperates with AVR series intelligent compact solid insulation switch equipment. It is able to realize load management function, solve the electricity fees issue effectively for scattered residents customer, temporary customers, and the customers who fail to pay the fee frequently.
Main Features:1. The main switch and grounding switch has the mechanical locking function.
2. Operate on the switch by special operation handle. The action speed and strength of contact shall be confirmed by operation spring. It will not change because of different operator. When the switch goes from switch-on to switch-off, the electric arc is extinguished by the speed of contact and arc chute. Cut off electric arc current immediately.
3. The switch operation hole can be locked by obvious lock so as to prevent wrong operation.
4. For the critical parts, it uses alumium alloy and other non-ferrous material. For the other parts, it uses high carbon steel through 8 steps processing and high adhesive baking of outdoor military plastic powder so as to ensure mechanism performance.
5. The interlocking is fised directly on the main driving axle of main structure and grounding structure. It ensures consistent location of interlocking indicator and switch so as to avoud wrong operation.
6. Electric operation structure on the base of manual operation mechanism, it adds a set of motor and attachment, i.e. it can be extended as electric operating mechanism.
7. Foreign technology is used for the switch. It uses imported products for the critical parts, special arc high conductive contact with silver process for dynamic and static contacts. It improves its comprehensive conductivity greatly. In the meantime, the temperature rise is lower than similar imported products.
8. There is 105mm effective distance for dynamic and static contacts, which take the leading position of the country. It makes maximum guarantee on insulating property of the product under zero gage pressure.
9. It can install FTU so as to realize instantaneous current cutoff, time-limited current curoff, regular flow, and other protection function, and achieve remote control of ring network switch equipment.Invention patents
