waterproofing IP66, and lightening protection together with offering the level of performance and reliability demanded in such an environment.

Answer: The MTBF is 50,000-70,000 hours. And the average failure rate is very low at 0.3%.

Answer: Yes. we can support neutral version. Normally, the default is our standard Kntech brand and the price is favorable than the neutral version. 

Question 6. If some parts of the phones occur issue need to be changed, can we find the parts in our local store?
Answer: Yes, if out of the warranty period, please let us know the issue and we will offer the technical data of the parts and reference price. 

Question 7. Can I purchase the accessories separately like PCB board, handset, buttons, speaker, keypad, ...etc?
Answer: Yes, we support MOQ 1pcs. 

Question 8. Can I do customized of the products? 
Answer: Yes, we support OEM \ ODM order. We have our own R&D Department with high technology support. Please provide your detailed requirements.

Question 9. Can I choose other colors of the phones? 
Answer: Yes, normally the default color is yellow. Some model like KNZD-04, KNZD-11, KNZD-13, KNZD-14... support red, blue or white. It is base on our stock. If the quantity over 100pcs, we can support other colors.
