Heavy-load start
PMM system current increase with the load when starting without big current impulse. PMM system can realize heavy-load start easily at the same lines and capacity conditions which saves manpower and material resources and improve production efficiency.
The new equipment adopts special PMM system of belt conveyor to lower project cost and it is with energy saving and high efficiency.
PMM system directly drive belt conveyor which do not need reducer, hydro coupler, magnet coupler and friction coupler etc. It is with easy structure and high precision installation which makes the motor installation not complicated and save the cost.
At the same working condition, PMM system driving the belt conveyor directly can save electricity supply and purchasing cost.
Group Integration
Dry type transformer and medium and low voltage PMM are combined to drive controller to be group integration, and this becomes new PMM system.
In the system the transformer has the effect of isolation and voltage reduction to the grid which can replace the input reactor of the frequency conversion cabinet so as to reduce the grid impulse.
As the high voltage frequency conversion driver is expensive, medium and low voltage inverter can be used together after voltage is reduced by the transformer which reduce the equipment cost sharply.
Drive directly
The PMM system of the belt conveyor output low rotation speed and high torque which can drive directly the belt conveyor which can replace directly the traditional high speed motor + reducer system. The PMM system occupy much smaller area with easy maintenance.
Small area occupation and light weight
It is to adopt special magnet and construction design so as to increase material usage rate which can optimize motor manufacturing technique and change PMM design way fundamentally.
The PMM system occupy area and weight is half than that of traditional asynchronous motor + reducer system. The rotor of PMM system is with higher groove full rate, driving system smaller volume, lighter weight, more compact structure and higher power density which can reduce material cost and increase the product cost performance.
Low vibration and noise
PMM system is used to drive the equipment running with low speed which makes the whole system lower vibration and noise as there are no high speed rotation part and the motor itself has lower noise and vibration. At the same time, reducer and hydro coupler etc. are cancelled which also eliminate the vibration and noise of the reducer etc.
