Product Description
Scope of Application
HG3O series rail installation modular fuse isolator, HG3OG series isolator is applicable to the circuit with AC 50Hz rated voltage 380V.
HG3O series fuse isolator, its rated working current up to 32A, is mainly used for energy isolation, overload and short circuit protection in power distribution circuit and motor circuit.
HG30G series isolator rated working current up to 63A is mainly used for energy isolation in power distribution circuit and motor circuit
Various performance indexes of HG30 series fuse isolator and HG30G series isolator are all meet the standard GB14048.3 and 1EC60947.

Structure Characteristics:
Hg30 Series fuse isolator is made up of base, handle, conducting strip, patch panel and spring.
Equipped with RT cylindrical cap fuse that is placed in handle, rotating with handle. And it can be as moving contact for fuse isolator phase line. Handle is placed in open position, central line off follows with phase line, replacing fuse-link safe and reliable.
HG3OG Series isolator is made up of base, handle, socket, blade, patch panel and spring. Blade is placed in handle, rotating with it. Handle is placed in open position, front and back of isolator socket off together with blade to reach double-break.
Mounting and Use:
The product should be mounted vertically in place with no obvious shock vibration.
The product uses rail installation, the dimension of it sees table 2.
Assembled and disassembled of product see table 3.
If snap joint is not flexible in the process of assembly and disassembly, allowing use auxiliary tools to push snap joint lightly. Installation instruction table 4. Temperature rise limiting value of terminal is 65K in normal working conditions.
It is need to change the same rated current of cylindrical cap fuse, when fuse-link of fuse isolator is fusing. Not to be replaced by other components.
In case of replacement, your hands pull draw bar making handle of fuse isolator rotate to the forced direction and until it does not move. Then change fuse-link and make it the same as before.
