Product DescriptionThe equipment should be used in the following conditions:
1. Installation height is not more than 1000 meters above sea level.
2. Surrounding medium temperature is not higher than +40 degrees, no less than - 5º.
3. Air relative humidity is not higher than 85%.
4. Corrosive gas sites without conductive dust and metal and insulation.
5. Places where there is no explosion hazard.
6. No vibration and vertical tilt is less than 5º places.
Pay attention before operation
1.Check whether wiring is correct on the wiring board, whether there is a short circuit between the connection line of the terminal and the connection between the ground and the ground (i.e., whether there is a short circuit between the phase and the phase of the test table to the sample).
2.Close three-phase switch, three-phase power indicator light, if there is one or two lampsoff, should cut off power and check the lights broken or missing phase (Note: the fuse on the three-phase switch should be correct, it is not allowed to use instead of non fuse). After the test bench is normally energized, the "three phase power switching" can be rotated to monitor the "power indicator", to see whether the three-phase voltage is balanced, and the test requires three-phase power supply voltage to balance as possible as possible.
3.Open the "control power master switch" (it is the key switch) to control the power light. If the regulator is not in zero, it will automatically return to zero. After the regulator returns to zero, the test can be carried out in the following order:
1) Testing turn ratio;
2) DC resistance test;
3) Power frequency withstand voltage test;
4) Induction withstand voltage test;
5) 10KV no-load test;
6) 35KV no- load test.
4.Before testing, please read the instruction manual of no-load load characteristic tester, DC resistance tester, and automatic transformer ratio testert.
