Max watt density: Aluminum alloy - 35 w/sq in on heater elements. Brass alloy - 45 w/sq in on heater elements.
Max temp: Aluminum alloy - 375 °C, Brass alloy - 650 °C

Installation and use precautions:

1. The location of the heating element installed surface should be smooth without bump phenomenon.

2. The heating element should be placed dry to avoid flooding to affect its insulation performance.

3. The installation should first check the installation location and heating element specifications are consistent.

4. After installation should be checked within the six-legged bolts, terminal bolts and wiring bolts are locked, so as not to affect the thermal expansion and contraction of the product life.

5. This product should be used in the specified voltage, consider some areas of night voltage changes, the proposed use of regulators, so as not to affect the efficiency and life of the product.
