SD-ZW600 Intelligent Temperature and Humidity Controller
Through the button for temperature and humidity respectively set the upper/lower limit and display, thereby the instrument according the real situation can be automatically start the fan or heater, to automatically adjust the real temperature /humidity of the monitored environment. The instrument really achieved intelligent more adapted to the complex and changeable situation to achieve the purpose of effective protection equipment. This product can be used in variety cabinet,such as high and low voltage switchgear, terminal box,box-type substation and etc.

Basic function

- Separately set the upper limit and lower limit of temperature & humidity by the keys, and achieve the power-fail save of the parameter.
Working theory
1 General model(with 1 way fan and 1 way heater)
(1) When the environment humidity is higher than the upper limit, the fan will be turned on. When the environment humidity is lower than lower limit, the fan will be turned off.
(2)When the environment temperature is higher than the upper limit, the fan will be turned on. When the environment temperature is lower than the value of the upper limit minus 5, the fan will be turned off.
(3)When the environment temperature is lower than the lower limit, the heater will be turned on, when the environment temperature is higher than the value of the lower limit plus 5, the heater will be turned off.
2 Cooling model (with fan only)
(1)When the environment humidity is higher than the upper limit, the fan will be turned on, when the environment humidity is lower than the lower limit, the fan will be turned off.
(2)When the environment temperature is higher than the upper limit, the fan will be turned on, when the environment temperature is lower than the value of upper limit minus 5, the fan will be turned off.
3 Heating model ( with heater only)
(1)When the environment humidity is higher than the upper limit, the fan will be turned on. When the environment humidity is lower than the lower limit, the fan will be turned off.
(2)When the environment temperature is lower than the lower limit, heater will be turned on. When the environment temperature is higher than the value of the lower limit plus 5, heater will be turned off.
