Pressure controls are pressure-activated switches, with basic function to make or break an electrical

circuit which control a solenoid coil, a contactor or some other functioning part of the system.The set

point at which a control closes a contactor and makes a circuit is called the cut-in point.The point at

which the control opens the switch and breaks the circuit is called the cut-out point.The difference

between the cut-in and cut-out point is known as the differential.

1) P series air compressor pressure switch can protect compressors in refrigeration and air-condition

plant, and keep them from over-low pressure or over-high suction pressure.

2) P series air compressor pressure switch can start and stop refrigeration compressors and fans of
air condensers.

3) P series air compressor pressure switch can be used not only in fluoride refrigeration, but also
in air and liquid.

4) P series air compressor pressure switch are fitted with a single pole double throw (SPDT)

changeover switch. The position of the switch is determined by the pressure control setting and

the pressure at the connector.
