Product Description

1. Introduction:

PS-LA1 switch is designed for using in the Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning (HVAC) industry, where safety and reliability are essential. This model switch has been proved to be a viable solution for gas-fired warmer, hot air furnace, water heater and other heating appliances.  Available in pressure, vacuum and differential models with fine silver or gold-platinum-silver alloy contacts, it is capable of sensing pressure as low as 0.05inches of water and switching current up to 5A resistive, 2.5A inductive.Smaller and lighter than any other HVAC pressure switch, PS-LA1 is built for the same temperature range and operating life as conventional switches made of stamped steel. PS-LA1 will perform equally well in other applications which demand low OEM unit cost, robust design, set point accuracy, and high reliability. 
 
PS-LA1 features a unique integral snap switch, with positive snap action and self-wiping silver contacts for ultra-reliable switching. Factory calibrated units maintain set point tolerances of ±10% against the temperature range of -40 °F~185 °F, due to its molded precise silicone diaphragm and the stable body.
