FAQ 1) About warranty policy
For all the products, we have one-year warranty. All of our goods are 100% tested working and perfect before sent to you. In case there are unexpected damages during delivery, please do check before you sign for the package.
2) About our delivery time
The production of our company is 50000 pieces final goods per month, our delivery time is 15-20 days after we got the deposit, since we need time to order raw material for clients. If the products client had order is our hot sales item, the delivery time can be less because we always prepare some stock of raw material for hot sales products.
3) About MOQ
Our MOQ is 500 pieces. But if it is trial order, we can accept MOQ of 500 pieces. For the hot sales items if we have stock, order less than 500 pieces is acceptable.
4) About OEM
We can produce with customs' OEM package, it will be free of charge if order is more than 100000 pieces, or we have to charge for OEM package.
If client can provide their own gift box, we can package for you free of charge. If client need to print their own logo on the products, we need to charge for change the mould if order quantity is less than 10 K pieces, the mould will be private for this client.
5) About the payment
We accept T/T, Paypal, and Western Union as the way of payment. Client need to pay 30% as deposit when the order is confirmed, and the 70% balance should be paid before shippment. If the order is in small quantity, or we have stock for the items client need, then the payment should be 100% when we confirm the order.
6) About the trade terms
Our general quotation is EX-WORKS Shenzhen, if client need, it's no problem we can do FOB.
7) About price
The price is influenced by the products' function, version, quantity, package, delivery time etc, hope client can communicate more with our sales.
