Product Description
ApplicationRDB2-125s shunt trip miniature circuit breaker. The product is suitable for control circuit, AC50/60Hz, rated working voltage 230V/400V, rated current 125A, Can remotely control close & break of circuit & the automatical signal. Widely used in single phase/ three phases prepay power meter(IC card), can realize close & open of control circuit. With overload & shortcircuit protection for circuit.
It complies with IEC60947-2 standard.
Normal working & installment conditions1.Ambient temperature: -5ºC~+40ºC, 24 hours average temperature not exceed +35ºC.
2.Installment plance altitude: ≤2000m
3.Gas relative humidity:not exceed 50% at +40ºC, higher humidity allowed at lower temperature.
4.Pollution degree: 2 class
5.Installment condition: Mounted in the place without obvious impact or shock, no dangerous(explosion) dielectric without corrosive metal or damaging isolation gas(conductive dust).
6.Installment method: TH35-7.5 mounted rail, can be installed in distribution board, case or box. Generally mounted vertically. Tilted angle between mounting face and vertical face not exceed ±5°.
7.Mounted Category: II,III class.
Structure feature1. The operation mechanism is energy-storge type free tripping mechanism, with function of contacts quick close, to overcome the negative influence of manual operation speed of handle, can improve product service life obviously. In normal, contacts only stay at closed or open position.
2. High breaking capacity, up to 10KA.
3. Signal control tripper consists of signal input terminal, signal processing system & electromagnetic tripper. To realize remote control of signal via external signal wire.
