MJPT Pre-Insulated Aluminum Cable Terminal Jointing Sleeves

1.Application:
MJPT Sleeves are used for full tension jointing of ABC(Aerial Bundled Conductor) cables.The pre-insulated compression sleeve consists of a 1050A aluminum tube coated internally with contact grease and a stop to ensure that the conductors are correctly positioned.The sleeve is insulated by means of a strong sheath of thermoplastic polymer material and has ends with an additional insulation ring colored to indicate the size of conductor.

3.Installation:
a.Strip the conductor to the right length(L indicated on the sheath)
b.Slide the sleeve on the conductor until it stops
c.Crimp the sleeve with correct hex die in the order marked on the sleeve
d.Repeat the same operation on the other conductor in order to complete the connection
