Product Description

Sampler is always used for casting and secondary steel-making furnace.

Types:

According to shape of sampler cup, it can be divided into Bat sampler, Double thickness sampler, Stick sampler

According to deoxidant is added or not, it can be divided into sampler with deoxidant  and not.

Porbe Diameter : OD 51mm, ID 38mm

Length: L=700-1300mm

Thick tube length: 1400mm (Inside Dia: 37.8mm)

Thin tube length : 700MM (Inside Dia: 18.2 mm)

Round Sampler Cup: 34mm*12mm( it can be designed by customers'requirement)

Sampling time: 4-7s
