Description:
1. WP435D Non cavity Paper making use diaphragm 4-20mA Pressure transmitter is special designed for food & beverage, beer, sugar and other sanitary application, where the mearused medium easy to clog, sanitary, sterile, easy to clean environment.
2. This diaphragm pressure transmitter can work stably for a long time under -40~150ºC temperature work environment.
3. Laser welding technology is used between sensor and stainless steel house, without pressure cavity.
4. Pressure diaphragm is in front of the thread, transducer is in the back of heat sink, high stability edible silicon oil was used as pressure transmission medium in the middle part, thereby ensuring that the effect of low temperature in food fermentation and high temperature during clean the tank on transmitter.
5. Gauge sanitary pressure transmitter, using vent cable and putting molecular sieve on both ends of the cable, so that avoiding the performance of transmitter affected by condensation and dewfall.
6. With the feature of high working frequency, this type sanitary presusre transmitters also are fit for dynamic measurement.
