The frequency band is adjustable. The sag controller has narrow operating frequency band, with multiple digital modules for processing.The influence of the AC converter and the phase shift trigger for thyristor is not strong.- High Stability
According to the use of the customers, it can run with free maintenance for a long time and also stay working stably with no zero-point drift.- Multiple Forms for Signal Processing
It can adopt PLC, PI adjusting board or DC drive to realize PID control, or convert the DC signal of ±10V to the Profibus bus digital signal to realize the PID control.- Easy/Simple for Calibrating and Maintenance
No adjustable inductance, use multimeter instead of the oscilloscope for calibrating and testing. There is almost no need for maintenance from professionals.There is no need to readjust when replacing the circuit board. Just replace directly and the zero-point will not change.Independent Control of the signals of two channels. There is no interference between the signals. And it is simple and convenient to adjust the zero-point.- Automatic Tracking of Signals
If the external conditions change, like it rains or the grounding is imperfect during the production, the signal amplitude of the sag controller can regulate automatically to keep the equipment running stably.The signals will not unsaturated when producing cables of different specifications, which has no influence on the control of the sag controller and no pipe dragging. The signals of the sag controller can calibrate automatically.- Versatility
It is applicable to the sag control of all the imported & domestic lines and the reconstruction of the old lines.The transmitter and receiver sensor for the reconstructed lines are of compatible use. The adjustment for the mechanical parts is not needed.
