  Manufactured from the oxide of the transition metals -Mn. ,Cu., and Ni . NTC Thermistor are temperature dependant semiconductor resistor . After the processing of sedimentation and Isotactic moulding ,the raw material is baked with high temperature upto 1400ºC ,then the thermistor is formed combined with our advanced semiconductor processing technics such as advanced semiconductor slicing and chiping technics, glass sealing and epoxy coating technics to to make into various NTC thermistors . We have full range of products with high precision and good steability . Resistance range 0 . 5 ~ 2 0 0 0 kΩ,and B value range 2 5 0 0 k~ 4 5 0 0k .
  Glass sealed thermistor is made by high temperature sintering from the magnesium lead wire and glass shell.
  This series of products are axial pin type, with the pin and patch 3 kinds of shape, espesially MF59 for the patch type, easy welding, packaging in a scattered way.

Application: household appliances( air-conditioner, microwave, electric fan, electric heater), industrial temperature control, office equipment.
