Product Description
The structure and external dimension
The fuse is made up of fuse pipe,porcelain sheath,fastening flange,support insulator,terminal cap etc.separately fix up the terminal cap and fuse pipe in the porcelain sheath by the p ress way,then use the fastening flange to fix up the porcelain sheath on the support insulator.Refer to the chart for its structure and external dimension. The fuse pipe adopts the material wlth high content of oxide siIicon as the arc extinguishing media,and uses small-diameter metal Iine as fuse wi re.When the overload current or the short-circuit current passes the fuse pipe,the fuse wire immediately is broken,the electric arc occurs in a few paralIel-connection gaps,the metal steam in the electric arc inflltrates into the quartz sand,and it is Iiberated strongly,then quickly puts out the electric arc. Thus,this fuse has good performance and big b reaking capacity.
Installation and use
1.It is avallable to horizontal or verticalinstallation.
2.Don't connect the fuse when the data of fusearen't accordant with the use viltage and rated current in the circuit.
3.The users may take apart the terminal cap by themselves and replace the fuse with the same specification and performance, whenr the fuse pipe is broken.

High-voltage fuse
high-voltage fuse is applied to protect the short circuit and overload of electricity transmission line and transformer,and is the simplest electrical appliance to prevent the power equipment from being broken.The high-voltage fuse is applicable to the conditions with the altitude blow 1000meters and the temperature in the range of+40ºC and-40ºC,but it is not applicable to the location with in flammation and explosion danger,strong vibration,swing impact and serious pollution.
RN1 quartz-sand filled indoor high-voltage fuse is applied to protect tile overload and short circuit of powe rline,and has very blg breaking capacity, so it is also applied to protecting the branch of power system,power line of city,feed circuit of industry enterprise and agricuItural substation.
RN1 fuse is made up of support in sulators,contact base,fuse Iink and base board the suppoort insulator is installed on the base-board,the contact base is fixed on the support insulator,the fuse pipe is fixed in the contact base,the fuse wire in the fuse pipe is riIled on the cord with arris,then fill tile quartz sand,use tile te rminal cover to pasess the copper cap,and seal the pipe by welding the tin.
When the overload current or short-circuit current passes,the fuse wire immediately is broken,at tile same time the electric arc occurs,and tile quartz sand immedlately puts out the electric arc. When tile fuse wire is broken,tile connection line of spring is also broken,and tile spring comes out from the pipe,this means the fuse already finishes its work.
