SMD (Surface-Mount-Device) LED diode is a widely-used illuminant. A single LED can light up an area of 4 sq.cm. A bigger panel needs more LEDs. We can apply any common LED to the panel. Also, we can do customization for our customers for some special LEDs.

Metal dome arrays provide good tactile sensation. A metal dome array is a thin PET sheet with metal domes used on PCB board as buttons. When being pressed, the center of a metal dome contacts the circuit loop and let electric current go through. Metal dome membrane switches are used in cell phones, remote controls, CD/VCD/DVD, MP3/MP4, radios, digital cameras, video game controllers, microwaves, automobile dash boards, telescopes, toys, etc. Compared with PET membrane switches, metal dome switches have better tactile sensation and longer working life.
