A. Features - Small size. easy assemble. contactor directly.
- Digital adjust. convenience use.
- Overload contact capacity large. can drive
- With 485 communication function. easy to connect with other devices.
B.Operation Process - Assemble the device ensure correct conect to the power. while the sensor suffer from the force. display will show corresponding tips.
- While the load reach 90%. the display have beeping sound. relative light flashing.
- While the load reach 100%. "Full load" light flashing.
- While the load reach 105%. "Over loading contact" last 3 seconds then cut off. the system stop operation.
- While the load below 100%. "Over loading contact" connect again. system can operation normally.
C.System adjust - Zore set (tare weight)Ensure cage empty. cage life up 1 meter. then press "Zero set" botton. indicator. indicator will show "0.00". Notice:Within 30 seconds didn't press "Confirm" botton. the system will exit change to adjust statue; For ensure accurancy zero setting. please keep the cage as prohibited.
- Adjust the gain Please keep the cage loaded with more than 50% load. cage lift up 1 meter. press the "gain" botton. the "gain" light on. press "↑" and "↓" botton. let the indicator shown value same as the percentage of the actual load corresponding to the actual load.(full load 100%) then press "Confirm" botton. the system will exit adjust model. Notice: Within 30 seconds didn't press "Confirm" botton, the system will exit change to adjust statue; For ensure accurancy zero setting. please keep the cage as prohibited.
- The over load testContinous press "Confirm" botton 7 times within 10 seconds. the indicator will show 104. at this time. just need add few loading. the system will reach alarm statue. you can see if the alarm system is working normally or not. Press "Back" botton. test finished.Notice: Within 30 seconds didn't press "Back" botton. the system will back adjust statue.
