Product Description
The direct-coupled type and drum type permanent magnet direct-drive system is composed of the special invert control system and permanent magnet motor. Permanent magnet motor with variable frequency control system, output torque to drive load, realize soft-start of the belt conveyor,which does not cause the belt damage; realize multi-motor torque balance of belt conveyor; realize low speed and high torque output characteristics. No gear box, simplify the transmission chain, reduces maintenance cost.
The configuration of the control system is famous brand controller (Siemens, Beckhoff etc.), which reserve switch quantity, analog, optical control interface, support frofilnet, MODBUS, Ethernet protocol. The special control software is built-in to realize "S" curve starting and parking of belt conveyor; The system can solve the multi-drive the balance of power by master-slave multi-machine linkage function.
